The manager was very helpful and worked with me to set this up while I was out of state. The facilities are easy to use and clean with plenty of accessibility. Was able to maneuver a 26 ft Penske with no issues.
Before I moved into the area. Storage Star West Valley was the first place I went to. It felt very secure with high fence and cameras running 24/7. Its in a great location. It’s a cross of a gas station and next to a Family Dollar and a car washing area. It’s one of the best places to storage things you don’t need at home. Long term and short term wise.
The prices are reasonable and they also have an awesome guy working there named Paul. He’s always there from Monday to Friday from open to close. He has great customer service skills and he’s familiar with his customers, very understanding and has a great sense of humor.
Aside from that. I would highly recommend anyone to use this Storage location. I had a unit there for almost a year and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if needed. 😉😇

I have been renting a space from here for the past 6 years and so far it's been a great experience. The staff is helpful and understanding. I could chose a storage that is more convent and closer to where I live but chose to stay with them because I feel safe storing my belongings here. I never had anything happen in the 6 yrs and that is a big plus for me. It's small enough that I don't feel like there is too much heavy traffic going in and out all the time. Thank you Paul for all your help since taking over.
