Steve Senecal did his usual effective job by getting me in and out in a minimum amount of time. The mechanic did a great job also but I did not get his name.
The staff is always nice, but the service isn’t great. They tell you an hour but it’s always almost double the time they tell you. No one comes to let you know how much longer it will be so you’re just left waiting. They never have loaner cars available or a way to get anywhere if you don’t have another ride. The waiting area is awful and uncomfortable. Just high bar stools.
Just purchased a 2019 Civic Type R. Traveled from Ohio! But everyone here worked so hard to make this happen. Everyone's dedication got me my perfect car at the right price! I worked with several people here and they all did great work working this deal. Would recommend to anyone!
I do my own servicing but always get parts for my honda from Luke in the honda parts department. He always knows exactly what i need and he is very knowledgeable and polite.
