I work 3rd shift so my lunch is at 2am. Every time I place my mobile order and then waste my gas to drive there I am told that I need to cancel my order because they are accepting Door Dash only. It’s always a different reason. Credit card machines are down. Not enough staff even when there’s 3 people in there. I have a feeling they are just closing down and playing around all night and getting paid for that. I feel like management must know due to the lack of sales. I will make sure they know when I call in the morning. There’s no point in claiming that you’re 24 hours when your staff refuses to stay open. False advertisement.

Love this place and all the girls that work there. They are nice, fun and great with kids. And the doctor is excellent. You'll have very happy kids with great smiles if you use this orthodontist.

Says they’re 24 hours but every time you go past midnight their computers are always conveniently “down”. Just sounds like the employees are lazy and don’t want to work. Sorry you picked this job! Go to White Castle. They’re actually open 24 hours and the customer service is great. Worst McDonald’s in the St. Louis area!

Worst McDonald's ever. They constantly get the order wrong. Make you pull up and wait after you pay...then after 10 minutes of waiting with no food in sight for you...oh but everyone in front and behind you get their food, so you go inside to find out they gave your food to someone else and they have to put the order in again...so you wait another 10 minutes. Oh and that happy meal they gave you at the window with the milk, it's been sitting for 20 minutes now. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Also, this is not the first time this has happened where they gave my food to someone else. This location was convenient, so I thought I'd try again, but they let me down...again. I will go to a location out of my way from now on.

Cc machine was down, received order missing food. Went in to get corrected and two other customers were in there telling me how their order was incorrectly filled too. When I informed the worker she repeatedly told me my order was correct but they needed to modify due to being out of supplies. I went over item per item and she realized she shorted me and gave me the missing items. Bad experience.
