Terrible drive through service that does the absolute minimum to function.
I ordered 2 cheese burger without meat only mayo cheese in it. My daughter doesn’t eat meat. I repeated and let them understand what I want. But still they did the same they put the meat in it. First of all they have worst customer service. I never have experience like that. I will never go to this location again. My daughter has to go to sleep without food.
This place draws a lot of customers through its drive through. Its service is typical of McDonald's restaurant chains. It's in a nice area of Kirkwood but busy traffic. Their privacy fence between residential housing is a nice touch. Just be prepared for a longer wait in drive through during peak hours.
The truth is, some if the items in this mall. Been there for years.nEven before the Virus most collectable no one want. The younger generation. Have no interest in the items there parents, parents collected have. Just the buck.
I wish I knew their names so I could give them credit! Both of the women who took my payment and handed me my food were very sweet and helped start my morning off right! I was at this location on 11/13/20 around 7:05 a.m. These drive-thru ladies are the best! Only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars was the bread used for the mcgriddle, it was a little hard around the edges and dry.
