This place recently came under new ownership and you can tell for the better! The new manager Michael is very friendly and professional. He introduced himself to me and actually remembered my name the next time I saw him. He even helped me move a heavy item into my unit when he noticed I was struggling. I've also seen him picking up trash on multiple occasions which I don't think the previous ownership had done in years.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but rarely you experience a level of customer service that is above and beyond. First, I went a local competitor and was treated like a number and felt like I was bothering him by walking in the office. Next, I went to Steward Self Storage and met Michael in the office, a complete 180. I wasn’t expecting a lot being a storage facility, but Michael was very engaged and listened to all my questions and concerns. All my questions were answered and received a tour of the facility. Clean and feeling safe is important to my family and I. Top notch!

Had a very delightful experience leasing here compared to other places. Michael was very knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my questions and found the right unit for me. The process was very smooth and the property is well maintained and secure.
