So ever since they moved to their new location the pizza has been way under 5 stars. We usually order once a week. Last week, pizza was delivered with cheese at the one side of the box. Did we call and complain? Nope. Let’s give them another try right? Today 4/3, pizza wasn’t cut and bread was stale. This might be our last order. Too much $ for below standards.
Wife and I went to pick up food last Saturday from there and it was a horrible experience. First they told me my total was more than what the online order said. Even the receipts said the same price but cashier tried to tell me more. Then they handed me my two pizzas and told me to have a nice day. Issue was they didn't give me the rest of my food. The garlic bread and ravs were done but they didn't even make the salad. Had to wait even longer. Multiple people had the same issues there while we were all waiting. Wont ever go back to this Imos.
Have to get some Imo's every time I come co the St. Louis area. Good stuff.
Creamy cheese, perfectly crispy crust, classic St Louis fare not to be missed!
I've been ordering from imos for ages now. I had chicken wings and chef salad delivered..The bacon was raw on the salad and the wings were dried out. Not good or they are tryin to kill someone with raw pork!
