This location has gone down hill! Everytime we order we have problems. Last night ordered at 6:04, 7:05 I called to see where its at. It got delivered to the wrong address. They said they would give us a discount (after I inquired about it) no discount was given. They said they would have it to us within 25-35min over 40min later they showed up.nThe time before we did pick up. Said my order was complete, went in said they were cutting it. 30 min later, still waiting. I heard someone say that someone's pizza fell on the floor. No one would tell me what was going on, I finally went out and waited in the car. When they finally brought it out, I asked if it was the one that fell on the floor. Yes it was.nnDominoes makes a huge deal about contactless delivery and covid. No one had a mask covering their mouth or nose in the store. I DO NOT care if they wear masks, but I DO CARE that I was expected to wear a mask, and the store makes a big deal about these precautions. If a company believes in something than they need to enforce it. If they don't then they should not require customers to wear the masks.

Fast delivery. Nice and hot but disappointed that there was practically NO sauce. Good communication to exactly when arrival.

I called 3 times, got hung up on the first two times. First wait time for the first call was around 4 minutes, second time was around 15 minutes and the third time it took them until the 6-8 minute mark before they even answered the phone. When they finally answered the phone, the person on the phone didn't even sound like he wanted to be there. When I had explained to him that I've called 3 times and got hung up on the first two times and had been on hold for about 20-25 minutes in total he made up an excuse saying that they're phones are messed up at the location. He also said that my wait time would be from an hour to an hour and a half...took screenshots of the calls....
