I have been going to this great clips for the last couple of years and Alyssa always listens, takes her time, and does a great job. Really wish they had appointments, but the online checkin is a nice tool.
Went in after work, within an hour of the store closing and was treated very professionally by Kaylen. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted, a short cut I'd had 10 years ago. Kaylen explained to me that my hair my lay differently due to the current texture of my hair. I appreciated her honesty; but, informed her I knew my dyed hair (covering lots of grays) would lay differently than in the picture. Kaylen was friendly and professional and made sure I was satisfied with my haircut. She also said if I had any questions regarding products to reach out to her or the salon. I would recommend Kaylen and the St Peter's Square Great Clips.
I've been to this location twice, both women who cut my hair were friendly, quick and gave me exactly what I asked for. Thanks!
I want to thank Kaylen again on here for cutting my hair. She is professional and a great listner. I was having a rough day, when I first walked in and left feeling relieved after a nice fresh look.
Terribly disappointed. While we checked in and was taken care of in a timely manner, we were treated poorly by the same associate that cut our hair. Sighs upon sighs, and not willing to work with us to get our hair done the way we wanted. Yanked my hair a bunch, too. And argued with my girlfriend about what she wanted.
