I had terrible neck pain that always ended with a migraine until I started taking classes from Ingrid. One year later, I'm headache and neck pain free. I tried everything to get rid of the pain and nothing worked. I started taking pilates to get back into shape, getting rid of the pain was an added bonus! Pilates will change your life!
Brilliant clases! Ingrid is a superb teacher who teaches you to know your body and takes you to limits you never new were in you.
