I called the gym looking for help correcting my squat. I was having significant knee pain and issues hitting depth. Kim was great with scheduling and correcting my movement issues. I can happily squat again without pain. I recommend CrossFit St. Charles!
It's always a very clean and friendly atmosphere. I feel comfortable working out with everyone there
I have worked out at many big gyms and none compare to anytime fitness. The gym is so well kept and clean it's impressive. The staff is so knowledgeable and welcoming! Anytime has definitely raised the bar!
I joined this gym about a month ago and could not be more happy with my decision. I came into the gym as a runner with no CrossFit experience and was welcome with open arms by extremely friendly and helpful coaches and other members. Everyone make you feel welcome and they are all becoming a second family.nnIf you are on the fence about joining a gym, I would highly recommend CrossFit St. Charles. You most certainly will not be disappointed.
As a newbie to the CrossFit it is so amazing to have the encouragement and support of everyone at the gym!! A culture i am proud to now be apart of.
