Got there after work to pick up much needed antibiotics, arrived at 745/750 waited behind some person who took forever.nnThey locked the drive through window.nnIt's not my fault they took ages, it's so inconsiderate to screw people over who need their meds because your pharmacy is to slow to keep up.

Went here for my covid test, it came back negative thank god, but it was still the best experience I’ve had at a doctor in long time and it was through a drive way with the pharmacy employee, who I’m not even sure was a doctor. He was very calm and reassuring and made the horrible trip of getting a covid test bearable and comfortable.

I went to pick up my prescriptions via drive up and one of them was not covered by insurance. My doctor knew this, and sent over a GoodRx coupon with my order. When I got to the window the guy working told me they don’t take coupons sent over my the doctor. I said not a problem, I have the app on my phone, and pulling the code up. He then told me to use the coupon I would need to come inside. I explained I didn’t feel comfortable coming inside with being high risk and my 2 year old son in the car. but this coupon would save me 25 dollars and that was a lot of money to us right now. He told me again to come inside. With the times we are in this is not customer friendly or accommodating. We will find a new pharmacy.

Went for a covid drive through test and got their early. It said to park in the parking lot and wait for a call. After 30 minutes I went to investigate and she said that she never called because she couldn't see me even though I was parked exactly where the arrow said to park. I had to wait two days for this test and she just flat out denied me and wouldn't work with me. This clinic is ran horribly. I asked to speak with a manager or someone higher up and she gave me a number that I called and sat on hold for 30 minutes. I wasn't able to speak with anyone about my concern. I wouldn't recommend.

Jenny Wilson is the best nurse practitioner I've ever experienced at a CVS MinuteClinic® hands down!nn10 out of 10 + 5 stars + 2 thumbs up!nnJenny gave me a call in advance to let me know that I was able to arrive early if I'd prefer which was awesome because who likes waiting when they're not feeling well? Not me!nnOnce I arrived she was able to immediately begin the exam which took no time at all because she was so efficient! Additionally, she was very personable but also extremely professional which just made the whole visit that much easier. She quickly spotted what was wrong within my ear and knew exactly what the remedy would be. She answered all my questions regarding the medication I was prescribed as well as some interesting facts regarding antibiotics which was fun to learn about. Learn something new everyday!nnI told my wife that we wouldn't be going to any other locations in the future as Jenny is the best! I highly recommend her to all my friends and family!nnThe only downside to the experience was that I didn't receive an official CVS survey to give Jenny the praise she deserves. I was waiting for the survey to come through but decided that I can't wait any longer so here I am!
