This is a pretty good establishment. I have had family members who worked there. Good staff and committed workers. The product is usually somewhere between 8 - 10 out of 10.

Waited for an hour & 5 min in Car line to get our coffee and after getting to window found out they actually didn't have cake pops we ordered. Girl at the window was very sweet & did apologize for wait, but no explanation to why with such few cars it took so long. Also their Carline design is such that once you are in it, you cannot pullout of line due to walls on each side. We were trapped just sitting otherwise, I definitely would have got out of line. Will stick to the Starbucks near my house on hyw k who runs very efficiently & super friendly.

Worst cup of coffee ever. I got my usual White Chocolate Mocha with an extra shot. Today it was Iced in a venti cup. I have been to multiple Starbucks over the years and this is maybe my third time at this location and I will never go back. The first two times weren’t great either. Today’s cup tasted like watered down milk with an espresso kicker. Usually the White Chocolate Mocha’s are a bit to sweet, so I counter with that extra shot of espresso but this location on Mid Rivers drive can never seem to make a good cup of coffee. I had also asked them to stir the mocha well. I made this request since most locations just like to put the pumps in, drop the espresso, milk and ice over it and shove the drink out the window. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I need to start finding more local mom and pop coffee house locations and leave Starbucks in the past.

This place is a great for a good cup of coffee but the drive through is always very long.
