Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I have taken my sons here to play before and it has always been fun. But this past weekend we had my oldest son's birthday party here! It was a blast! We got a table and not a room....why pay for a room when they are gonna be running around like crazy the whole time anyways??? The staff was friendly & the party was easy and enjoyable. I definitely recommend for a party. If not for a party....you must check it out and just play!

I went online to book a birthday and was concerned about the cancellation policy and wanted clarification so I called the facility. I pressed the option for the party planning line and was listening to their 'hold' music/talk for 15 minutes before I hung up. No exaggeration, the call time on my phone shows 15 minutes. 12:31pm on a Tuesday. Someone should still pick up the phonennI hung up and decided to call back to see if I could get anyone else and it's all automated, no one picks up.nnI had a great time the first time I took my son there, but regardless of being rated best birthday place 4 years in a row, if customer service is not existent then so is my patronage

Super fun place to take the kids. If your kids are a bit older, they can easily maneuver through the different areas/obstacles while you relax at the table and enjoy some snacks/drinks. There are a variety of unique obstacles including a ropes course, rock walls, foam pit, trampolines, and zip line. We can easily spend an entire afternoon there. The only down side is it’s not cheap, but it’s certainly worth the cost for an occasional, unique activity. You do have to use their specific socks, which I believe are $2.00

I went for a birthday party but enjoy the time I was there. What really made me enjoy the place is knowing adults can come and enjoy themselves as well. Food is easy going, staff is nice, and they even have a section for adults to sit comfortably while watching their child/ren play. The manager said adults definitely need to come during the week that’s the best time.

Such a fun place! My son had his birthday here one year and the staff did a wonderful job. Aside from birthdays, this place is always so much fun for even adults! I have a 14 month old who I can’t wait to bring here after soon! “The pizza and icees are delicious” - typed by my 9 year old.
