Used to love this place, but a property manager change has sent this place on a down hill spiral quickly! From trying to add forces insurance on units and then trying to argue with you that you didn’t have insurance coverage, and having zero COVID-19 programs for people in the hospital or off work, is pathetic. The previous managers were good guys that definitely knew their clientele and did a good job going the extra mile for them. Unlike the current property manager. I have asked for the regional manager to call me, and over 9 day’s later still no contact via email or phone call. When asked the manager to call him, she stated she could text him and let me know on a situation.. lack of effort! Like I said no contact unless I call and ask! Ridiculous, never mind the fact I have had storage with this place well over a decade!!
Just renting a unit today Tim and Shelly were great to work with. Cleary explained all the options and fees.
I love storage mart employee they're very knowledgeable and friendly, I would like to apologize to Shelly she caught my mistake. i brought in the wrong declaration page i accused her of not knowing her job. So Shelly I want to say thank you very much for being patient with me.
All personnel was courteous and professional. I booked my reservation with Raul and confirmed the contract on-site with Shelly. Shelly patiently answered all my questions and took me to see my unit. Thank you!
