I was in the market for a specific vehicle and contacted multiple dealers who were unable to provide me with what I was inquiring about. The sales reps from other dealerships weren’t interested on what I was looking for only what they wanted to sell me. So, I widened my search and found Ernie’s Auto Sales who had several cars that I was interested in. I contacted Ernie via text and he was pleasant and professional, unlike the other sales reps from other dealerships trying to meet their quota. I made an appointment to test drive one of his vehicles and drove an hour to his location. I was very impressed on how he runs his establishment and his honesty. The vehicle I test drove is the one I decided to buy. The thing that put him above the rest was how I mentioned to him that I wouldn’t have driven all the way to his location if I wasn’t interested in a sale. His reply was an appreciation of the fact that I took the time to visit his site and that he would personally deliver the vehicle to my home. My experience working with Ernie was the best I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle let alone a big-ticket item. Saying that I would highly recommend Ernie just doesn’t do justice without explaining how well he treats his clients from the beginning, all the way through to signing the paper work in my dining room with the vehicle delivered and parked in my driveway.
