Just joined a few months ago. Staff is always helpful and accommodating. My son enjoys the kid area which has very decent hours during the week & weekend. Would recommend! I also am able to just scan my card when out of town with no problems
Love this gym! I’ve been coming here for about a year now and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Equipment is always in good working order and there’s plenty of equipment to use. Definitely would recommend this gym!
Been going to Genesis on Boardwalk for 5 years now and love it! Staff is great and equipment is good and never packed to bad when we go. Love the new water dispenser too.
Loved the Springfield location the staff and everyone was friendly however I moved here to kc the gym is nice and people are friendly however I asked to see if I could push my payment back a few days ONE time cause I didn’t want to go negative in my account and be charged more. We are in a pandemic and I along with lots of other people are struggling, but i always pay my membership on time and instead of pushing it back like 5 days I get told with an attitude “you can’t do that it’s set in stone there is no moving it. You have to pay when it’s due no matter what” I’ve been here 2 years and if that’s how they handle business during a pandemic I will not be renewing my membership when it is up and might just try to cancel it sense they work with no one during a pandemic.
Love these guys. Always respectful and keep gym equipment in working order. Always has towels and disinfectant ready for it’s members! 10/10 would recommend
