Marcus helped install the electrical components to our pool and backyard setup over 6 years ago and did a fantastic job. We had a question about a setting on the pool heater and instead of charging us for a tech to visit (which he easily could have done), he instead got his specialist on the phone and walked us through the issue, solving our trouble in a matter of minutes. Small things make a large difference.
Kenneth did an outstanding task with a tough and unusual complication we were having more frequently: half of lights in building would flicker, then would stay off for a while, and then come back on. No explanation. Finally, it was happening about hour until the were off or several hours. With some great detective work and root cause analysis, Kenneth found the problem: the &E Meter was bad on one power lead only! Excellent work, would recommend to anyone. Prompt and kept us in the loop all along the way; solved problem in two short visits.
My mother's home needed repairs done worked her into their schedule, came today on time, and completed the project in one day's visit. They reviewed their work with her and me, providing photos for our file. Mom liked them and felt secure with the job. Would recommend!
