I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years and have never had an issue. I am also in customer service and I realize that the pharmacy techs are super busy individuals who have a lot to do. I don't go to them to chat. They have always been helpful. I wish I remembered his name, but there is gentleman that works up front at the register that is so kind, friendly and helpful. This store is close to my home and is great place to stop whenever I need something quickly.

Retail shouldn't be open on any holdiday, but Pharmacy hours are reduced...shouldn't it be the other way around? Why would you take a break from distributing medicine but not distributing candy and soda on a Easter Sunday. Let the employees stay home! They already make less than 20k per year. Nobody knows how cruel CVS really is. Internalizing their review system shows how much CVS really has to hide. Their reputation is horrible. Google this company, no employee enjoys their job. Instead of employees having a great Easter, they are stuck dealing with thieves.

I made an appointment for a drive thru COVID test on Wednesday 10/7/2020 late at night. Got there to the testing site on 10/9 and was greeted by the sweetest gal ever. Something I didn’t know was that I had to self administer the test on myself which wasn’t a big deal. She was so kind and helped explain everything to me and helped me though the entire thing. Very pleasant experience 10/10 would go back here! I already love CVS to begin with.

Waited in line with a friend for a COVID test today at the Prairie View Rd location. Got there at 3:30 for 3:40 appointment with 3 cars ahead of us. Each car took about 10-15 minutes to get the test completed. After finally making it to the window, we gave name, DOB and answered several other questions... Then waited for about a half hour before someone finally told us the nurse practitioner had left at 4pm and couldn't be reached. I'm not sure what's worse. Waiting around in the dark sick with COVID in a car for over an hour and being turned away without getting a test or the fact that we will have to try again tomorrow. The incompetence of this store is unreal.

Waited in line at drive through for 30 minutes before someone came out to tell us it was a COVID-19 testing line. There were no signs. Terrible communication. I was supposed to get 3 months supply of medicine and received 1!
