Order Ham ,Roasted Turkey, Ham bone soup on November 8. Paid for it on line to be picked up 11/25120 at 6. Only thing correct was Ham. Turkey smoked instead or roasted. no Ham bone Soup. Split Pea Soup. I think 17 days ahead of time is enough time to be able to get what you order. When it is paid for.
I was very disappointed that the Turkey I was told would be available wasn't available. I understand that there was an unusual demand this year. I just believe that communicating that before having customers stand in line to wait. Advised your customers that only pre-orders for Turkey are being accepted.
The Honey baked ham store makes Christmas dinner easy but the staff at the Barry road location in Kansas City, Missouri is the absolute worst and rudest staff that I have dealt with this holiday season. I understand that we are in a pandemic but that's no excuse for poor behavior and bad customer service skills.
Just found this place! Basically they sell everything a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner would have including roast turkey and rolls and all manner of desserts and side dishes. They sell the ham and turkey by the pound in slices if you don't want a whole turkey or a whole ham. They also sell roast turkey and ham sandwiches. GREAT place! I highly recommend. They have take and bake turkey and ham with the bone too. It is on the pricier side but I would say the quality is high too.
Awesome employees. At check out, I was asked if I had a coupon, told them no, so one of the employees scanned one for me. I ALWAYS buy my hams from this location.
