Went in with daughter and 4 grandchildren. Guy working would not even lift his head up. We were the only ones in there and no greeting or offer to help. After standing there a few minutes talking to ourselves about what we wanted I told him there were 2 of us with gluten allergies because there were signs every where saying to tell them. He said, barely lifting his head from his phone I guess, that all we could have was coconut. My daughter had been in there before and a woman was exceptionally wonderful about helping her son with a gluten allergy. At that point we left, it was obvious he wasn't going to get up to make 6 ice creams. He never did get up. Extremely disappointing, especially for 4 kids under the age of 11.

Ice cream was good. Took a bit to get our order but there was a bit of a line. Very nice associates on our visit. Will be back again as it warms up.

Guess you should learn to stock the store properly so you can be open during your posted business hours.

Wasn't even greeted when we came in the door. Guy at the counter didn't even bother getting off his phone even as we approached the counter. Ended up leaving. Was very ashamed of the customer service. I wonder if the owner knows the guy at the counter is running his business into the ground. Used to love coming to this place with my family. Never again. As a fellow business owner, I advise you to check in on your business.

My overall experience here was quite disappointing, considering the prices they are charging for the amount of ice cream and toppings they are giving. If you are going to give less, charge less. OR make it to where customers get their money's worth.nMy first issue is the amount of toppings you get and are charged for. I ordered whip cream, pralines, and brownie bites, and I received no more than four praline pieces, and maybe five tiny brownie bites. As we were outside the shop eating our ice cream, one person commented how he only received two, yes TWO brownie pieces on his ice cream rolls.nThe ice cream flavor was mediocre, there was nothing particularly rich or flavourful about the cream they used. They added maybe one whole strawberry and a fourth of a piece of banana.nIt was under staffed. There were only two people working there. Thankfully, we had made it just before the shop became jam packed with people. A lot of people walked out because it was taking far too long.nI will not be returning.
