I attempted to return a bamboo steamer that I used a few times and it fell apart. I was told all sales were final, offered a smaller steamer as a replacement or nothing else, and then was told never to return to the store. Not that I ever would but this at a minimum was totally unacceptable.

Nice variety. Friendly staff. Some things are overpriced but you can get large bulk packages of spices for affordable prices. I was the only person in the store with whom I presume was the owner. I asked him to help me find a quality fish sauce. He told me he doesn't eat fish and continued stocking. After I found the brand I was searching for, 3 crabs fish sauce, he told me at checkout that that was a popular one restaurant owners choose. It would have been nice to be assisted but obviously he was busy. I would return in the future if I don't need assistance in finding anything. He was pleasant.
