This apartment SMELLS disgusting! We had a neighbor below us who would smoke every 30 minutes, mostly inside. The apartment has a rule of no smoking inside, but none of the residents actually follow this. All my clothes and belongings smelled like smoke. Everyone I was around told me I smelled like smoke and I HAVE NOT SMOKED A DAY IN MY LIFE. I don't even want to know how much second hand smoke I received from living here. The owners will not do anything about the smell. The owners of the apartment have different day jobs, so they're to busy to care about the place. They are never in the office or around. If you like to order online, the packages get dropped off at your door since no one is ever in the office. They can EASILY get stolen. If your a smoker and like to be ignored, then sure move here but otherwise, I would recommend staying away.
Terrible apartments will not live here again. Owners do not care about residents and will not help you with anything after you sign that lease. Do not live here you will not enjoy it.
