I’ve almost always had great service at this location. I’m impressed with how clean they keep it despite the fact that it is almost always super busy. I can’t say the workers are always super nice, but they are extremely efficient and due to the businesses of the location, they do well.

Trying to access the parking lot is a nightmare and I rarely visit this store but it was close to my grocery pickup. The cashier showed no desire to wait on customers and moved with the urgency of a sloth. Customers received no acknowledgement of their presence and she did not want to cash my lottery tickets, claiming she had no cash available. This further ensures I will not visit this store again.

This is a great store & usually has GREAT sales on Monster drinks. I DON'T go there often ONLY because they do NOT enforce the masking ordinance here AND usually none of the customers EVER wear masks. Employees wear masks BUT customers seem to feel like the rules don't apply to them. That RUINS the whole store.

The older lady working the counter is seriously one of the rudest women I've ever dealt with. She is unwelcoming and hostile everytime I go in. This time I asked for the restroom key and she threw it on the counter away from where I was standing. When I said thank you she grumbled. So I threw it back on the counter when I returned. She has never smiled or made us feel welcomed literally ever. Will start to avoid, they don't enforce masks anyway.

The staff at this Casey's are absolutely amazing. I am made to feel like a valued customer each and every time I go there. That's why this is my go to station whenever I'm visiting family in Northwood.
