Was good food,good service !!!
The intital service was great! The guy helping us was super helpful and friendly. He even went out of his way to get us Mac and cheese because they were out. Then they switched people behind the counter. One guy was wearing his AirPods and completely ignored me when I tried to get a fork for my son to be able to eat his Mac and cheese. Then the guy who ended up helping me had an attitude about it like it was such an inconvenience to turn around and grab a fork. They then heard me complaining when I sat back down and gave us a kids drink for “free.” We usually love coming to this location but the staff tonight was horrible.
Always enjoy the customer service and food. Love their garlic pepper bread.
I will absolutely drive MILES out of my way to come eat here before I eat at another sub place.nBest meats. Best bread. And the experience is always pleasant.nAt other places, when I ask for something off-the-wall, or not 'their norm', I usually get the eye roll.nBut this place, they know what true customer service is and I absolutely appreciate that. I will always be a Goodcents customer.
