I ordered at 6:08pm tonight 1/4/2021. It was a $53 order for delivery. Almost an hour past and I called. They said order was out for delivery and put a $15 credit under my phone number. The delivery guy finally showed up at 7:35pm. Another 3 minutes and I was going to call and cancel the order. I never ever had such a bad experience with Jimmy Johns. I love there food but I wont order again. The driver said they remade the food but my drinks was pretty water down by the time it got to me and I only live 1.8 miles from there store a 4 minute drive. So do I really think they remade the food? Nope
This location is soo good, we've ordered 4x this week. Always friendly employees and great service!
I wouldn't recommend delivery from this location. I used to know one of the managers, Ezra, although it's been a few years (thank god.) He used to admit that he would rewrite receipts to have higher tips, and would steal from the drawer. Also had to help an employee by writing a letter of recommendation for the peace Corps, as a jimmy John's manager, and admitted that he botched her letter on purpose, and she didnt get to go. Her name was Tina. Anyway, can always count on this location to have very sketchy employees.
