Took my first class at Sangha last night, it was the 7pm candle light taught by Hanna Atwood. This place is a beautiful, high ceilinged beauty with the best natural light coming in. The energy in there is warm and inviting, and well... If you've never taken one of Hanna's classes, the sound of her guidance through asanas is something you won't forget! Great place that's hard to leave.
This studio is so cozy and welcoming. All the staff are so kind and I love to take yoga classes here--There are a large variety of class options! The shop downstairs is super cute with a wide variety of merchandise. Highly reccomend!
Such a wonderful studio. Between the shoppe, the laid back atmosphere, and generosity, i couldn’t pick a better yoga studio in town. And I’ve been to them all!
A gorgeous, truly unique space run and staffed by wonderful people that has something for everyone. Whether you're brand-new to yoga and just want to sample a few classes or a seasoned yogi looking to further your study or branch out into a new style, there's something on the schedule for you, and each and every one of the instructors is knowledgeable, caring, and will always put your safety and comfort first. The studio space itself is immaculately kept, inviting, and well-equipped with quality props. Stay for a cup of tea after your class and browse the shoppe, too!
