I don’t know who is over Mike but they need to know that he and the staff of the Springfield location are doing a fantastic job! It is by far the CLEANEST gym in the area, not to mention they are all so helpful every time anyone needs help! Keep up the good work! We appreciate it!!!
These dudes are cool as hell an if you walk in feelin intimidated trust that they will make you feel at home an that no one that I've met that works out there has been rude to me since I've started there. They work with you an your financial situation i love this place would recommend to anyone.
Best gym experience all around. The environment is really comfortable and the facilities are also really clean. All of my trainers here have been great, but my current trainer Tish is amazing. She listens to what I want as far as my goals and plans our workouts around that. She’s very flexible and so easy to talk to/schedule with. Everyone who works there is super cool actually! well worth the $10 - I have yet to have a bad experience.
I worked out here for a very long time before I left Springfield for clinicals. Very good environment. This place is where I really grew my love for lifting and love to say it’s a big part of me. The new and current manager, Mike, is seriously one of the best guys around and I know he will seriously take this gym above and beyond. Anyone looking for a commercial gym should look no farther because you won’t be disappointed
