My fiance worked for the company for yearsnVery good company they are honest and competitive prices.
Four attempts were made to set up an appointment. First was with the owner/operator. Told to message back with details. I did, twice. Last attempt I called and left another message. Still no response. If a company can’t be bothered to do the work that’s one thing but if you can’t even get a response that just shows laziness and unprofessionalism. Will steer any future recommendations from friends, family and coworkers from this business.
Terry and an assistant came to my house and inspected some wiring after and electrical fire. They climbed into the crawl space and spent 30 to 45 minutes inspecting the damage. Terry explained the damage with several pictures. He even helped to find which circuits could be on. Terry agreed to do the work but it would be a couple of weeks to start (not unusual with other electricians). My insurance company could not get him to respond to estimate requests. He finally said he would be ready the first week of July. I messaged Terry Monday July 6 the first full week of July and responded he could not do the work. I had to wait a couple more weeks for another electrician to make the repairs. The temperatures were in the 90's and my air conditioning had no power.
Couple of the guys had something happen to them that has happened to me a couple times, only I didnt get mine back. Both times. Havent worked with these guys on a job, but I can tell it would be pleasant cuz they're all business.
