Ordered through mobile and it stated it would be done about 8-10 minutes. Went 15 mins later inside the building to pick up and they said it wasn’t ready yet, waited another 15 mins for it to finally be made and ended up being late to work. Awesome.
My favorite Starbucks! ALWAYS friendly, and faster than the others I may go to. And.....They make my Flatwhite the BEST.....especially the extra hot part!
Their drive through is horrific. Considering the rate at which they operate, they shouldn’t be allowed to have a drive through. The Starbucks on Campbell is even busier but they are terrific and make the line move fast. This location is just embarrassing.
The Starbucks on battlefield has great customer service. The one at the Battlefield Mall has the worst customer service. So the 5 star review is for the one on battlefield.
I was just in the store with an odd request (teacher needing some things for class). They were amazing! Very respectful and energetic. They were efficient and friendly. Thank you so much!
