Driving The Durhams (03/09/2021)

We went through the drive thru. Speed of service was on point and the Staff was super friendly. Our order was repeated back to us and was correct when we received it. Gave us a sufficient amount of sauce and napkins, which is great when you have children who all want their own sauce!

What a complete mess. We ordered a 10 piece nugget and large fry. Was pulled, which I don't mind. However I do mine being completely forgotten about. 15 minutes later a worker came out with bags stopped at our car asked what we had. Told him. He said he didnt have it and would be back. 5 minutes later he comes back with more bags ask again what we had. Still doesn't have it. Now mind you orders he's taking out have been way after we ordered. He comes back apologizing ask for our order one more time. Goes in and finally comes back out. Hands us bag and says that our order Was given to wrong car. Bless this kids heart. He was the only good thing to come out of this visit.

Got some breakfast sandwiches. Pretty good, maybe a little dry. Food was made super fast though and the staff were very friendly.

Never have I experienced such horrible customer service by a manager. This is the first restaurant review I have ever posted. That’s how much of an impression this lady made on me tonight. I ordered two of the “$2 bundles with cheeseburgers.” We were unaware that they no longer have this $2 bundle deal which came with a cheeseburger and fries. However, they do have a BOGO burger deal or something like that. So we ended up with 4 burgers and 0 fries. We respectfully requested that since we ordered what we thought was the $2 bundle that we be able to return 2 burgers and get 2 small fries. We knew they can’t accept food back but were hoping since we offered they would be able to give us the fries at least. Nope. Manager wouldn’t even comp us a small fry. She just kept repeating that they don’t have that deal anymore (even after being told we were not informed of this when we asked for it by name) then slammed the drive through window shut on us. Whoever this manager was (wish I would have gotten a name) should either be demoted or receive some of the most basic training on customer service.
