McDonald's is McDonald's. I haven't been there for a long time. The hamburgers were not just slapped together. The French fries were even HOT. This is one of the best McDonald's in Springfield. I had forgotten how good a real 1/4 pound burgers. Taste.nThank you. Keep up the good work. And I will keep coming back.

McDonald's near the college campus. They're always mega fast and efficient. They don't mess up my food much when I go. Have had a couple bad experiences that keep it from 5 stars as a fast food restaurant.

I was in a semi and couldn't use the drive through. Someone actually came out to me in the cold temps, took my order and brought it out to me. Outstanding service, especially for a McDonald's. Kudos to them!

I just tried to go through the drive through to order fries and drinks for my kids and I and the woman got my order wrong on the screen so I corrected her, and I know this sounds like a customer is always right thing but this is a I have anxiety and practice what I was going to say 20 times thing so I knew what I said was correct. And she literally said “that’s not what you said but whatever I’ll change it I guess.”nWhich I know everyone has bad days but, yikes.

Just a heads up from someone who works overnights, this McDonald's can oftentimes be pretty busy around 1am and it can have a quality dip as a side effect. The morning service is impeccable however and my friend and I always use this one as our go to when we get off work. They never skimp when we order extra caramel or whip cream in our Frappes or Mochas and the one time they got our order wrong they more than made up for it. We're big fans of that
