Starbucks

Staff is great- FIX YOUR DRIVE-THRU! Got here at 9:30 and it’s 9:45 and we’re just now placing our order. Definitely need some changes....

The lady who took my order was absolutely pleasant. The gentleman who was at the window was very chatty and made me feel welcome while I was waiting on my drink. My drink was amazing as usual. I love coming to Starbucks!

2/7/21nUpdatesnAdded pictures -- the line here is crazy today. Some cars cut in line in front of everyone else. I wish the ap would tell you if the inside is closed and there is a super long wait. Just like yesterday, the toppings weren't on the bot chocolates I ordered. The two Starbucks in Springfield that I normally go to are the two on South Campbell avenue. I'm not sure what's going on with them right now. But it's very frustrating to go to either one of them right now. The inside will be closed and the line will be ridiculously long and they don't put all the toppings on the drinks. I've used up all the gift cards I got for Starbucks for Christmas and I'm done going to these Starbucks. It just seems like there's always some frustrating thing to deal with.nn2/6/21nThis Starbucks was so nice because I had started a mobile order at the one on Campbell by where I work. But apparently they turned off the ordering on their mobile app because they were going to close when I was in the middle of my order and the location changed on the app without me realizing it because the street name for both locations and starts out with Campbell. Eden, at this location was nice enough to let me come get my order the next day since there was no way I would be able to get to it on the day I ordered it. I really appreciated that! Since I had already paid for it I would have been sad to have missed it. However, I was disappointed because my hot chocolate didn't come with the chocolate swirl toppings that are supposed to go on top of it. I've experienced this at several other Starbucks. If they didn't have the toppings, I wish they would let you know that before you order. instead of just making it and handing it off to you as if it is completed according to the criteria listed on the mobile app when it is actually missing an element of the promised ingredients. I guess it may seem picky to complain about missing the sprinkles on top of the drink. But when you're paying like $5 for 8 oz of hot chocolate, it seems like the drink should include everything listed on the menu.

Super long line with a Danish that was cold and old. I specifically asked for it to just be warmed up. Apparently, the 15 minutes didn't give them enough time to pop it in the warmer before they sold it to me. ud83dudc4e

My coffee is always made perfect I can get a Cinnamon dolce latte vanilla and it's always just right I wish they had a little more room on Sunshine and Campbell cuz they're always so busy and there's a long wait when you do a mobile order but you know get your day going
