Not know anything about it. Unfair to rate. I have to put something, what the hell,, lets help these people out.
Exceptional quality and service. Everyone is polite, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to be of service. The mechanics are outstanding. I had an issue with my airplane that multiple notable service centers were unable to identify and repair. I then asked Dave and his team to take a look. They found and repaired the problem and I have not had a problem since. I would highly recommend this airport for service and repairs. The new manager is a great addition and has implemented many positive changes to improve the airport. I'm very impressed.
I have been giving flight instruction out of the Springfield Downtown Airport and Springfield Flying Service has always treated me and my clients well. They are friendly and usually prompt. They go out of their way to help us out.
The new manager is completely horrible. If all possible avoid the Springfield downtown airport. After a five minute conversation with the man me and all my friends decided to move our planes to a different airport.
