My pod was delivered to the storage facility in Salisbury, MD. The storage facility is a complete joke and very very shady, my personal lock was cut off and another lock was put on. I can not get in contact with anyone from there neither can the PODS customer service people. I am unable to access my whole house including all of my children’s belongings. I had a scheduled date and time to access my pod when I showed up no one was there or able to tell me why my personal lock was cut off. After my second call with PODS customer service later in the day the man I spoke with claimed if I cut the lock off (that I did not put on there.) I would be liable for any damages. I am VERY VERY FURIOUS. Please be cautious when using this company obviously my belongings were tampered with and or stolen. I received no call that my lock was cut off and a new one was put on. I was also told to wait 48-72 hours for a call back from management.... well that doesn’t help that I need things out of it NOW. I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE. I wouldn’t even give this one star but I had to so I could write a review.

I cannot say enough about the customer service! We used the POD to move our parents belongings from FL to DE. It gave our folks comfort knowing their belongings were with them as they transitioned into assisted living. We kept the POD until my folks were comfortable in their new surroundings and we could sort through their belongings. It gave them time to adjust to their new surroundings and make less emotional decisions about what to keep and what to part ways with.nnMike Nixon was so considerate when we scheduled our pick up to work with us to get the pick up scheduled and help us manage the fees. He took the time to review our file and realized how long we had been a customer. He cared about our experience and took great pride in his company and their performance. He truly understands the meaning is customer service!nnI will always recommend PODS to anyone in need of a storage or moving option.nnWe will be a loyal customer alway!nThanks Mike and team

My PODS were ready on the day promised and in a great location for us to start filling. Since we loaded at the facility, we had Henry to ask for suggestions. As our PODS were finished, they were taken inside and stored. I just finished calling to arrange delivery on the first set of two.nnI have already been involved in the loading and unloading of THREE PODS so I had all the supplies ready to use and know the importance of strapping tightly, especially the last quarter. I also gave them extra notice on my delivery.

It wasn't pod itself it's the movers hirehelpers are horrible. Damage claim from move out here from NM and its sad all due to the movers and how they pack your stuff. I will use pod again but my own movers. The drivers of the pods were great.
