Great place to buy a car. I have a good reliable vehicle for a good price and a very fast turnaround time. In and out in less than 30mins. I am currently about purchase another vehicle from them.

My sister just recently bought a vehicle from these people in late October, she constantly had problems with it and they even had some of there tools stuck in the car when they worked on it. The battery was a mess along with a number of things. Later this week the car just stopped working for my sister and she was stranded in a parking lot, when she called to let them know they took hours to get the vehicle and even though my sister lived near by they refused to give her a ride back to her home even though it was raining.nnWhen they took the vehicle back they reported all of these problems and gave a bill, . After that we called to ask how long it would take for the car to be fixed and they had no clear answer, which completely stressed out my sister and the rest of the household, the woman answering the phone was very rude and unprofessional, they asked for my sister to pay for the tags and the title that they never gave and when my sister went up to the dealership to pick up something left in the car they told her that if she stepped foot onto the property they would call the police.nnAs my sister tried to ask why they said that's all they were told. So she called the police instead and R&W Motors wanted her to pay a fee to retrieve her own belongings out which came up to $75 which was ridiculous considering she never spoke with anyone in reference of not wanting the vehicle . The level of unprofessionalism in this establishment is astonishing, I will never tell anyone to come to this place for business ever.

I recieved great quality and professional service at R.W Motors. Corona virus was a worry of mine, but i spent very little time in office which is a plus for me. I love my truck!!!
