We were only in the area for 6 nights. Got us in and out in a great timely manner. Fixed the issue with our truck and we were able to keep our current schedule of travel. They understood we needed this issue fixed in order to continue pulling our 5th wheel rv trailer. They were also very courteous and professional.

My first point of contact was through Nicole Waters, when I was greeted at the service desk. I had made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. She responded to my needs in a friendly, responsive and timely manner. Goes beyond what is normally expected. She improved my customer experience. Keep up the excellent customer service. Service dept was exceptional work was don in timely fashion. Cant thank Scott enough He squeezed me in for repairs was very polite on my arrival and most of all he was a Penn State fan

They are very expensive on getting a key made for a 2003 Jeep $85.00 for 2 keys is a bit much.
