I was in drive-thru there was three cars in front of me I place my order on April 9th around 12:10 p.m. lunch time, the young lady got my order wrong and asked me to repeat it as I was repeating the order she got such a nasty attitude towards me now keep in mind she asked me to repeat my order, I felt so uncomfortable to receive food from this location after she got that attitude thinking that she might do something to the food that I was going to pay for it and eat so I pulled out of the line and went across the street to your competitor McDonald's where I was treated very nice and where I left my money at, that young lady that you have in drive through on Friday April 9th at 12:10 p.m. should not be on drive-thru with such a nasty attitude one of those young men that you have in the back cooking chicken could do a better job than her she is causing your business to lose money

Went to the window and was only the second car in line. Took FOREVER!!!! Fiance actually called to see if I was ok. The up side is, the employees were actually concerned and polite! Came out to see me and apologized. Brought me my food and asked if there was anything else they could do. So, although it took a while, I really didn't mind because they were so polite! The chicken was great, as it always is!
