Very friendly people at the Princess Anne location
I usually like this McDonald’s everything seems fresh and never any issues but on this particular day I ordered a smoothie and they had me wait for it, waited at least 10 mins as several cars all for their stuff they never brought out my smoothie. I shouldn’t have to go inside to get it, my lost but that’s poor quality should of just said you didn’t have the stuff or something. To top it off I had a coupon on my phone and the lady threw her hand up at me. Need new employees! Think they have lost my business
Twice in a row ordering curbside and they never brought it out.
There frappe machine and ice cream machines are always down to be cleaned or so the employees say they are this is vfc the 3rd night in a row that the machines are not working at 900 at night when you want ice cream and or a frappe so they just lost a customer
Loved it! Today they're on point. Great service, efficient and Food was awesome!
