since cvoid 19 the lines to get threw has ben the worst and never did i get a call back. they need to hire more help
Soem people are very rude. And they seem like they dont care about their customers at all. Like idk if u have food for your family, my kids are eating. It's hard enough for a parent that works full time and cant afford food for their child to swallow their pride and ask for help, and then end up feeling like they are being judge for having to get help.
The Staff was very helpful and polite
It seems they more want to sit and talk to each other than actually help people who need it..
