Great customer service. Storage units are convenient and a bit high priced but should be for the location. They have a good selection of trailers to rent and will get you on the road quick. You can also find several different box sizes to buy along with all the tape, stuffing, and wrapping.
Ive used u haul many of times mainly to rent small trailers to transport my motorcycles from A to B and sometimes C now I will say u-haul takes get precautions to insure that that people they rent to don't take them for a ride but there equipment is well maintained and reliable I've never had a problem with anything I've rented from them
We made a reservation for a trailer for our annual beach trip one month in advance. We have used this location many times with few issues. We went to pick up the trailer this morning and we were informed it was not available. They never called to let us know or to let us make other arrangements. We are now stuck with bikes, luggage, and many other items and no way to transport them to the beach. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. It gets us off to a sour start for our only vacation this year and it could have been handled differently. Will never do business with them again.
Alway try to deal with a UHaul center as dealers are hit or miss with dire consequences
Great service from General Manager Kimberly De La Torre on a 6' 12' trailer I need today to take an inflatable to Annapolis for service. She told me the smart move is to pick it up in Cambridge closer the Inflatable is located. This saves me time and money!
