I went to the Car Guys looking for a safe reliable and affordable car/suv as a single mother. they understood my fears especially as a family business whom all have their own children. they were a calm non-pressuring environment! and encourage me to call if i need anything or have any ?’s since i made my purchase. so fair with prices. i only gave 4 stars as i just made the purchase, but i do highly recommend them.

I recently bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab Long Bed and I couldn’t be happier with the service from the car guys. Ryan walked me through every step on how to do it because I am a first time buyer. Any questions I had he answered for me and was very helpful. Janet was also very helpful at the front desk to explain the whole process to me. I would recommend the Car Guys to anyone. I couldn’t have had a better experience here!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from the Car Guys for my husband.nnI can’t say enough how impressed I am with this family owned/operated businessnnI initially spoke on the phone to Janet, the office manager, who impressed me with her warm and professional mannerisms.nnMy first visit to the business. I met Janet. Just as professional and friendly as she was on the phone. Almost unheard of these days.nnI was introduced to Casey and we completed the application process. Again, professional and friendly.nnThese guys have this process streamlined to a quick time frame.nnI left a deposit and got a call back saying it was all set! Amazingly fast.nnPayments and interest rates were discussed as well as my trade. Very fair in this capacity too!nnI can honestly say I won’t hesitate to return here for another vehicle when I’m readynnLove the no pressure and the very efficient atmosphere.nnI give it a 6 out of 5 rating. Customer service is alive and well at The Car Guys of Cape Cod!!

I bought a fantastic pick up at The Car Guys (and one gal) a while back, and after thinking about my purchase all this time I still have a 5-star opinion of my experience. Very easy to work with and helpful with a fair deal on my trade-in. I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.
