More is the best car sales man I ever met. He has a heart of gold; understanding and will not con you like most sales people do. Everyone at the dealership were so kind. Treated me like family I came all the way from Cincinnati Ohio to buy my car that tells you how awesome he is and the dealership. Thank you so much

Took full advantage of me being a female. Since I owed too much on the vehicle I had they said to go ahead and have the vehicle repossessed. Put me in a lemon of a vehicle, drove around for a month without the vehicle being funded then it got re-funded with a higher interest rate and payment. No one returns any phone calls or emails. If they do answer they tell me before they can help me I need to pay a $500 down payment. Been calling for a month straight to cancel my VSC and NO ONE has returned any of my callsnOr emails. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend to anyone.

I bought my Mazda 6 fro Preston Mazda. It was a very smooth and quick process, however, my car did not come with the floor mats. After being promised they would send them to me, I waited patiently. That's been 6 weeks ago, still no floor mats. Called several times and left messages with my sales person and manager. Still no return call. Their follow-up customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I'm hoping they read this and take some kind of action, I shouldn't have to purchase my own floor mats after spending so much money on a vehicle.
