I wish I could give less stars then 1.nI waited over 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich in the drive thru. While in line I witnessed the cashier perched in a corner looking as though she can sleep like there.nAt the next window 4 workers where looking at the monitors as though they are watching a good movie.nMy food finally came and they got my soda size wrong. I accepted it as it was. I can't continue loosing my time ( yes, it does have a value).nI WILL NEVER return. The service and speed suck.
Food was hot, service was decent speed, employees need to have some training in customer service attitude. 7:50pm on a Tuesday and they were out of chili. Not impressed.
It’s was a very long wait time due to the very long line but they also just opened so what do you expect? The food was very hot and my order was correct! A MAJOR difference from the nasty Wendy’s in Easton. I would much rather choose the drive to Cambridge and the long line wait rather than ever going back to the dirty Wendy’s in Easton.
Out of the 3 trips we have made there since the grand opening they have yet to get our order right. Even a broken clock is right twice a day! Get it together Wendy's
Terrible.........3 mobile orders (because the lines are always long) 3 times they didn't get the order correct. Not going back there anytime soon.nCustomer service is no help at all.......Spoke to some boss on the phone.....he did not offer to do anything. Blamed it on corporate because they had to open before they had the staff trained.
