The service is extremely slow..... customer service is the worst I've ever seen it. This branch needs some big changes in cambridge. I drive all the way to Easton just to avoid long wait at drive thru. Such a shame used to be great bank.

Good experience
I have used this bank when it was Centreville National Bank since I opened my first account in 1964. Before that my mother and grandmother also used it. As Shore United, my children and grandchildren also use it. 5 generations of satisfied customers!
Good staff of friendly tellers but they can't always help your needs on the spot unless it's a simple depositnnThe will refer you to a banker which can entail an extended wait.nnI've found the bankers aren't always accommodating and fair.nnWhile the fees are low here since a hometown bank, I've still left the bank.nnCurrently with Wells where the flexibility options service are good but fees on a lightly used account terrible.
