Downtown Natchitoches

Seeing the Christmas lights was very different this year due to Covid-19 there was no parade :-( and tickets needed to be purchased this year as well. We still enjoyed ourselves.

Great shops, beautiful lights and fireworks, great food!

I immediately wanted to go back to Natchitoches the moment I left there

Crusied, car, downtown to look @ Christmas lights. Bridge was really pretty on Church St. Wasn't to bad after festival.

Oldest town in Louisiana and not speak so much about downtown for we did not go shopping. We went for the Christmas Light Show which was really nice but finding a seat was difficult. To see the show along the water we had to sit in a hill and you had to clamp your feet to the ground from keeping from sliding downhill. We ate at the only available cafe for the famous Natchitoches meat pies but I had better. Also had the gumbo which I did not like at all.
