I come here a lot and, since I work in food service too, I understand being busy, so I don't mind the wait. The food is almost always correct and more times then not the workers are friendly. The only thing I'd say is that they tend to forgot to put the smaller items in there, like sauce for the nuggets or ketchup if you ask. The past couple times that I got nuggets and asked for sauce, I either got no sauce or the wrong one. But the workers are always happy to fix whatever I don't have, so I really can't complain otherwise. Other than that, I like the location.

Two days after hurricane Laura my wife and grabbed a couple meals, maybe the best from any McD's we've ever had. Sure, we waited in the drive thru 30 minutes (the line was clear out to the street), but this store was literally (and I mean that literally) the only joint in Nachitoches serving food at 10 AM. The young ladies working the windows were friendly and our orders came out perfect. I can only imagine the rest of the crew was at the top of their game as well. Kudos to the crew at the Keyser Ave. McDonald's! Thanks for being open, and may your gods bless the lot of you!

Oh, I just really enjoy McDonald's the employee was so lovely and friendly to me the place was so clean. I enjoy both of the young ladies that help me even the young man that was dining in eating he was so polite himself to me. Some people think it is so mean people in the world but it is. They always have loving people in the world God still have loving people that do cares about you and always have a smile on the face and to make you smile and that made my day cuz I needed that thank you McDonald's and the person that was sitting in there dining in young man may God bless you and keep you and that goes for the two young ladies also that help me you have some beautiful young lady that works there at your at McDonald's they was very intelligent and professional may God bless them and overflow their blessing and their families and I pray that they stay safe each and every one that I met that day plus the young man. I also wanted to add to the postman you also deserve 100 Stars if they had that on there instead of the five stars I would give it to y'all that just how much y'all make me feel 100% and welcome.

I ordered a big mac that had nothing on the top or middle bun just absolutely dry no sauce no lettce no meat nothing. Its bad enough the customer service is awful at least they could get the food correct.
