I have lived in Jonesboro all my life never have I experienced the service I did on Sat. It is my opinion if you don't like your job don't come to work. I was given an attitude when ordering as well as one when I asked for my order to be repeated to me due to being cut off while ordering. Upon receiving my food it was cold and not in its entirety. I immediately got back in line to request a refund and told to call the next day due to them not knowing how to work there quote un quote new system. When I finally got an answer after calling for several days due to them never answering their phone. I finally got an answer and was denied my refund but given the option to get a new order because they didn't answer the phone the next day and told it has been to long. Riddle me this if I had the option to get a fresh meal why wasn't I offered that the night of the incident.
The wait is forever but the the food is out of bounds; in a good way!!

They have the best fried liver dinner!
Something has changed. Doesn't taste like it used to. Customer service is not great and my order is almost always wrong. If you try to fix it they act like your lying lol I can afford my food, if I can't I won't go. People make mistakes, I'm always nice and asking for what I paid for is not asking for much.
