The ladies were great. Computers were down and they still did everything in a timely manner. Great experience would highly recommended.
Sold our house so we needed storage, called Life Storage ,very helpful and courteous. So far so good the only thing I think will be a problem will be when we need carts to haul boxes in unit. They keep in main office due to customers taking them and locking in their own storage unit. Through no fault of their own they have to be checked out due to customers acting like its there for there own personal use . So why not keep it in their unit where it serves no purpose but themselves, that way they don't have to be inconvenienced, like the rest of us.
Tamika and Stephanie were great. Made the transition smooth to opening a new account. Nice personalities.
Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Stephanie took the time to show me multiple units until I found one I liked. I would definitely recommend Life Storage in Gretna to anyone who asks.
