Tasha is great! Thanks!nn2021 edit: we left this facility bc it's has not improved but instead... it's just no good anymore. Not just one thing is the cause for the decline. I no longer can recommend this location. Except if you live near by the location is perfect; unless it's Mardi Gras season and the parade schedule makes it impossible to access your unit.
After experiencing issues at another facility in town I was forced to find a unit for same day rental. I booked with this facility using eRental and when I showed up 10 minutes later the manager greeted me at my vehicle and had my unit ready. This was an extremely pleasant experience that made my moving day. Highly recommend - great customer service
