I called around lunch and the employee was more than accommodating. Very polite, professional and efficient. We viewed the unit, completed all paperwork and I was back at work before my break was over. No joke!nnFacility is clean and secure!
Bre offered the most delightful customer service experience that I have had in recent memory. She was friendly, helpful, attentive, and just tremendously expedient and kind. All around great experience with clean, well-maintained units. Highly recommend.
The nice guy at the front desk (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) was very friendly and informative. He also went an extra mile to walk around and pick out a new storage for me once he figured he was not satisfied with the security of the unit I was assigned.
The desk clerk actually startled me with his degree of professionalism. He was extremely courteous, efficient, and pleasantly helpful. The facility was literally pristine. Everything was precisely as advertised. What a nice business transaction.
